Geometrical Earrings.

Really proud of this little creation! 
Not quite sure how to describe them... Geometrical earrings with a retro touch.

What you'll need 
- polymer clay (3 colours : two dark colours - one light colour)
- earstuds
- superglue
- golden acryl paint
- the template 

extra: an oven, a cutter

Tutorial

Step by step

1) Cut the template

2) Roll the polymer clay out into "pancakes"

3) Put in the fridge for 15 minutes

4) Cut out the figures & cut a little part of the black part (see picture)

5) Bake!

6) Let them cool down under a heavy book or two

7) Paint the triangles gold

8) Glue everything together and add the earstuds to the back

Et voilaaa !

What you'll need
- porcelain pots
- gold paint (acryl paint)
- a brush
- masking tape




Step by step
1) Line the edges with the tape.
2) Paint the surface
3) Let dry
4) Remove the masking tape.

Golden pyramid earrings.

Inspired by a pare of Pieces earrings, I created these two.
Off course you can go and buy them, put some primer on them and paint them gold or silver, but I like it more this way... Homemade.

What you'll need
- Some (leftover) polymer clay
- Earstuds
- Acryl paint in the colour gold

Extra: superglue, a paintbrush, a cutter and an oven.

Tutorial

Step by step
1) Make 2 elongated balls
2) Place them in the fridge
    TIP: It makes the cutting go easier
3) Cut a pyramid shape
4) Put back in the fridge
    TIP: Do NOT forget this step!
5) Cut the excess clay
6) Bake!
7) Paint and let dry
8) Add a little dot of superglue to connect the pyramid and the earstud

Shades of Green Necklace.

A green shaded necklace to spice up your spring garderobe.
 
What you'll need
- 3 strings of "Jasseron" necklaces 
   TIP: For Belgium/The Netherlands : I found mine here. 
- Different shades of green ribbon (1 meter each)
- Fluo yellow beads
- Little iron rings 
- An iron wire

Step by Step
1) Cut the jasseron in 3 strings of 25 cm each.
2) Start to weave the first ribbon between two strings of golden jasseron
  TIP: Weave a little iron wire through the first attached strings. It helps to "form" the necklace.
3) Attach the third jasseron necklace by weaving the second green ribbon
 IMPORTANT : Make sure you leave enough ribbon left to secure your necklace.
4) Attach the beads with the little iron rings
5) You can secure the ends of the ribbon by holding it close to a candle. The heat will keep the ribbon from unraveling
